Qilian Mountains - Gangshika Snow Peak

Qilian Mountains · Gangshika Scenic Area. Upon entering the scenic area, everyone had a sausage in hand, eating as we walked to the shuttle station. Suddenly, it started raining. No, wait—it was snowing. Heavy snow. A snowstorm! As the vehicle ascended the mountain, the snow grew heavier, and the wind stronger! The blizzard was so intense that the windshield wipers were working at their maximum speed. Sitting inside the shuttle bus, we began to question our life choices! On the winding mountain road, the storm gradually subsided. Luckily, by the time we reached the mountain's final stop and got off the bus, the rain had stopped, leaving only light snowflakes drifting in the air. Wow—before we knew it, the sun came out! Life went from black and white to full color in just an instant! On this late May day atop the snowy mountain, it wasn’t cold! The wind wasn’t strong! We were pretty lucky!
