Mandarin Oriental, Milan

There are no shortages of wonderful hotels in Italy and, really, around the world. I have been fortunate to visit many of them over the years. The Mandarin Oriental Milan may top that list of hotels in customer service. From the check in to the concierge to the restaurant, the hotel staff made you feel special and delivered exceptional service. We had an issue with the room, and not only did the staff provide options, in the end, they upgraded us to another room with ease. The concierge was extremely helpful with good restaurant recommendations, securing museum tickets, and options for site-seeing. The staff at the bar and restaurant were efficient without making you feel at all rushed. All in all, it is clear that the management cares about service and the clientele and has made service a top priority. This is my fourth locational visit with Mandarin Oriental having stayed at the properties in Beijing, New York, San Francisco, and Miami. This is by far the best one. #themepark#zoo#nationalpark#lakes
