[Gunma/Minakami Town] Cutlet kitchen + tea bar?!

This is a restaurant that serves pork cutlets and tea. When I first heard about it, I was surprised and wondered what kind of combination it was, but when the food arrived, it made sense. First, a salad like a parfait 🥗 We went as a group of three, and I felt that they had paid great attention to detail, such as slightly changing the color of the plates. And finally, the main dish, the cutlet! It had a great aroma, was light and crispy when I ate it, and was really delicious. Another feature is that they have a wide variety of teas. I'm happy to be able to drink teas such as Mariage Freres 🫖 I noticed later that even though it was so crowded and everyone was eating cutlets, the inside of the restaurant didn't smell like oil at all, and I didn't notice any smell on my clothes even after I left the restaurant.
