[Shizuoka Prefecture] Genbei River "Babbling Stroll"

Mishima has been called the "City of Water" since ancient times. The Genbei River flows through Mishima. It is an irrigation canal with a length of about 1,500m, and its source is a pond where spring water from Mt. Fuji flows. It has been selected as one of the 100 best waters and 100 canals, and is registered as a "World Heritage Site of Irrigation Facilities." It is a famous water source that the local area is proud of.
