🏝️ A Peaceful Escape to Fukuurajima

Fukuurajima may be a small island, but it definitely carries its own quiet charm. After crossing the bright red Fukuurabashi Bridge (with a small entrance fee), we spent a leisurely hour strolling around the island — and it was well worth the visit. The walk was easy and relaxing, with well-maintained paths winding through greenery and leading to several scenic photo spots. We managed to snap some really beautiful pictures, especially with the bay as a backdrop. Scattered around the island are a few small traditional structures, like Benzaiten Temple, which add a bit of cultural interest, even though most lack signage or historical explanations. It’s not a place packed with attractions, but it’s ideal for those who enjoy a quiet nature walk, coastal views, and light exploration.
