[Miyakojima] Blue Turtle

My husband is an anime fan so we were eager to visit this cafe restaurant. The cafe was located on the beach with a great view. I was thirsty so I didn't stay in the shop and just got a takeaway drink. I ordered a brown sugar cafe latte and an iced coffee. I thought it was a little pricey at about 700 yen, but the portion was so big that I was very satisfied. The iced coffee was refreshing and the cafe latte had a strong brown sugar flavor and was sweet and delicious! Looking at the menu, the food looked good too...there was a lot of seafood and local meat. While we were waiting for our drinks, the waiter showed us to a terrace seat so we could take a short break. The terrace seating was spacious, so families were dining there. It seems that you can rent parasols and have a BBQ, so it looks like you can have a fun stay even if you're light! I found out later on from the website that you can go to the shop in a swimsuit!
