Miyazaki - Iso Cuisine Hoshikura

Besides the famous Miyazaki Wagyu, Miyazaki is also known for its Ise lobster! This time, we dined at Iso Cuisine Hoshikura, which offers not only lobster but also fresh fish caught from the sea. We ordered a large and a small lobster set, a fried shrimp special, and a seafood rice bowl special. If the original set comes with miso soup, you can pay extra to upgrade to lobster miso soup! I have to say, the large lobster set is very worth it. Besides the appetizers like sea snail, fresh fish sashimi, and fresh abalone, the main course lobster is huge! The meat is super fresh and bouncy. If you want to eat lobster, I recommend going straight for the 7920 yen lobster set. The lunch specials are also very cost-effective. I particularly liked their fried shrimp. The batter tightly wraps the shrimp, making it crispy on the outside and bouncy on the inside. Eating it with lobster soup gives a full, sweet taste. This restaurant is located near Uchiumi Station and is within walking distance. The dining area has a great view!
