The scenery was so unforgettable that it left a lasting impression on us. We stopped at Bahia Honda Key, a beautiful island located in the lower Florida Keys, known for its stunning beaches, clear waters, and abundant wildlife. The island is part of Bahia Honda State Park, one of the most popular and beautiful parks in the Florida Keys. As we explored the beach, we were captivated by one of the iconic sights at Bahia Honda—the old Bahia Honda Railroad Bridge. This historic bridge, once part of Henry Flagler’s Overseas Railroad, now stands as a monument to the past. Although it is no longer in use, it offers a unique backdrop for photographs. The combination of the abandoned bridge and the blue ocean in the background created an incredible view that we couldn't take our eyes off. For anyone visiting Key West, we highly recommend making a stop at this remarkable spot.
