From there, it was all about wandering through the Old Town, passing by Viktualienmarkt, where locals were grabbing fresh fruits, pretzels, and cheese for the perfect picnic. 🌊 Summer Vibes by the Isar River Munich in the summer means one thing: the Isar River. I followed the locals and headed to the riverbanks, where people were sunbathing, BBQing, and even floating down the river on inflatables.
