It is a facility where real dragons and umbrella poles from the Nagasaki Kunchi Festival are exhibited, making it a very impressive place. I don't know much about Nagasaki festivals, but after doing some research, I found that the Nagasaki Kunchi is the autumn festival of Nagasaki's guardian deity, Suwa Shrine, which is held around autumn.
