A relaxing day at Atsuta Shrine and Jingumae Station Komachi Street⛩️🛍️

On my journey to Nagoya, I chose to go to Atsuta Shrine, one of the three major shrines in Japan, to experience the tranquility and historical depth. This shrine dedicated to the Kusanagi sword has a history of nearly a thousand years. Passing through the vermilion torii and the ancient camphor tree, the heart is immediately surrounded by the sacred atmosphere. Listening to the echo of the Buddhist bell, holding incense and bowing, and staying in front of the main hall, people can't help but slow down their breathing. After visiting the shrine, stroll to the nearby Meitetsu Jingumae Station Komachi Street (あつた小町). Although this shopping street is not long, it is full of local flavor and handmade charm. From the meatball shop with the aroma of bonito, the freshly baked oden stall, to the small and exquisite dango and matcha dessert shop, every step is attractive. Among several souvenir shops, I picked a box of cute Jingu-limited desserts and wooden amulets as a souvenir of my trip. Find a Japanese-style shop in the alleys of Komachi and sit down, drink a bowl of warm miso soup or sake, and feel the rhythm of life quietly flowing in the street. The sound of trains occasionally comes from the sidewalk, but the scenery of wooden buildings and green plants makes the whole street look particularly warm.
