I chose the Premium Bakuro Lunch (炭火焼 / Sumibiyaki) and every detail — from presentation to taste — reflected true Japanese craftsmanship. The highlight was the serving of five different cuts of Bakuro beef, each carefully labeled and beautifully marbled. Grilled gently over binchotan charcoal, the beef was incredibly tender, juicy, and rich in flavor without being overwhelming. Every cut had its own character — some buttery and melt-in-the-mouth, others slightly firmer with deep umami. The set was thoughtfully balanced with thick-sliced beef tongue, fresh grilled vegetables, white rice, miso soup, and a light dessert to end the meal. I especially loved how the vegetables absorbed the charcoal aroma, complementing the richness of the beef perfectly. What impressed me most was the attention to detail — from the elegant plating to the calm, refined atmosphere.
