You can choose from four types of soup, including a light salt flavor based on chicken bones, which is prepared from scratch every day, and a rich soy sauce flavor. The offal used is a combination of three types of offal, including the small intestine, rectum, and lungs, with a focus on the plump small intestines of Okinawa's Motobu beef, allowing you to enjoy the different textures.
