🥢Nayabashi Hamburger 📍Nagoya Naka-ku (6 mins walk from Fushimi Station) This time I ordered ・Nayabashi Hamburger 180g (1980yen) ・Parmesan Cheese (220yen) ️📝 Nayabashi Hamburger is a rare hamburger made from 100% Japanese black beef. The amount of marbling is adjusted on the day according to the amount of marbling✨️ The set includes ・Nayabashi Hamburger ・Nagoya Cochin Egg ・Rice accompaniment ・Salad ・Miso soup ・3 types of condiments (rock salt, wasabi, steak sauce) ・Pickles ・Rice You can have as much rice as you like, cooked in a large pot🙆♀️ You can cook the rare hamburger to your liking. I tried adding cheese, but I didn't know how to cook it properly, so I just poured it on top☺️ I also tried putting egg on it, but it hardened, so it seems better to add it later✨ The hamburger steak is super juicy. As it cooks, the meat juice keeps coming out. I recommend eating it with wasabi, like mogu kayu💕 I wonder if it would be better to melt the cheese and put it on.
