This place is famous for its chewy Sanuki-style handmade udon noodles and thick, delicious tonkatsu. The Akira Udon Set includes Akira Udon served with rice, spam, lotus root pickles, rolled omelet, bulgogi, tempura (1 shrimp, 1 pumpkin), and salad, making it a hearty meal even without the udon. The chewy udon noodles are always top-notch. Today, I ordered hot udon as the weather was slightly chilly, but the cold udon (Bukkake Udon) is the real deal. Mix the refreshing and chewy Sanuki udon noodles with tsuyu sauce, and it’s absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
