The pre-meal bread came out first. The warm, moist bread was spread with lemon dill butter, and it was so delicious on its own. Next came the ricotta cheese salad. The salad, which was plated beautifully, reminding me of a Christmas wreath, wants my appetite just by looking at it, doesn't it? The chewy ricotta cheese and the sour yuzu dressing go so well together, and it goes well with the steak. Truffle Cream Risotto The truffle mushroom flavor is really strong on the rice that's cooked to perfection! It's definitely the best risotto I've ever had.
