[Komaruyama Castle Ruins Park]

#KanazawaTourism Cherry blossom season is here again. Komaruyama Castle was actually the first castle built by Maeda Toshiie. Not in Kanazawa, but in Nanao, a prosperous city in the Hokuriku region at the time. The cherry trees and flowers are magnificent, and there is also a sumo ring. The Nanao area and Noto are also famous for sumo, and are the birthplace of Showa era Yokozuna Wajima Taishi.
