Legend has it that a long time ago, the Jade Emperor was moved by the love of a couple at the foot of Laoshan Mountain, so he made the old trees evergreen, the springs inexhaustible, and the people living here live long and happy lives. Hence the name Bulao Village. Bulao Village is located at No. 103, Zhenqi Road, Jiangpu Street, Pukou District, Nanjing City, at the southern foot of Laoshan National Forest Park, and is connected to the Ningchu Expressway. It is one of the eight "pearls" of beautiful villages in Pukou District. Bulao Village is surrounded by mountains, and a small stream runs through the village.
