Lunar New Year in the Year of the Snake at Niushou Mountain

Niushou Mountain is located in Jiangning District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, 10 km from Zhonghua Gate in Nanjing, and covers an area of about 5 square kilometers. Niushou Mountain is one of the main mountains in Nanjing. It is named "Niushou Mountain" because of its two peaks, which resemble the horns of a bull. Niushou Mountain has rich cultural resources, including the Niushou Mountain Forest Park, a provincial forest park in Jiangsu Province, and the Niushou Mountain Cultural Tourism Zone, a national 4A-level tourist attraction in China. It is home to cultural attractions such as Foding Temple, Foding Pagoda, Foding Palace, and Hongjue Temple Pagoda. The Buddha's parietal bone relic is enshrined in the Foding Palace on Niushou Mountain.
