Wenwu Temple Wenwu Temple for the spiritual people

Another famous temple in the Sun Moon Lake area is Wenwu Temple. This temple was built in 1938 and has a statue of Guan Yu as the head of the temple. There are also other gods to worship. Popular activities include writing your name on a golden bell and throwing coins into the sacred waterfall to make a wish. Inside the temple, there are many photo spots, such as the marble lion carved in front of the temple, which is worth millions of Taiwanese dollars. Opening hours: Open daily from 08:00 to 20:00.
