Miti Hotel in Xitou

Miti is one of the better hotels in the Xitou area, though the room rates are quite pricey. The interior features a dazzling classical palace style, and there's even an exhibition room showcasing various collections for visitors to explore. The downside is that the rooms lack a modern touch, but everything else is excellent. This time, we coincidentally visited during the firefly season in April and May. Guided by the hotel staff, we stepped outside to witness an entire field of fireflies—truly breathtaking and far more than I've ever seen before. Unfortunately, my phone couldn't capture or record the scene. The area is free from light pollution, paired with a stunning starry sky, making this the highlight of the trip.
