Though tucked away in a hidden location, it's incredibly popular! 🍜 Must-try signature dishes: ▪️ Mapo Tofu Ramen (dry) - 900 yen Ramen topped with a generous layer of Mapo Tofu, so much so that you can barely see the noodles! The medium-thick noodles are coated in a rich sauce, with customizable spice levels and broth options. Made with authentic Chinese-imported Sichuan peppercorns and star anise, it's super flavorful! Even those who can't handle spicy food can enjoy it easily. ▪️ Grilled Cheese Mapo Tofu Ramen - 1,200 yen With a pork and chicken broth base, the chewy noodles are topped with a massive portion of Mapo Tofu. The cheese is grilled on-site until melted, then mixed in for a steaming hot, comforting bite. Perfect for a cozy Friday night in winter!
