Yasaka Ramen in Sydney

I was craving for something soupy, warm and comforting and that's when I went ahead to try Yasaka ramen, when I was in Sydney. Yasaka ramen joint is a simple restaurant serving Japanese ramen. On their menu, they have different types of ramen with different types of broth, such as their spicy ramen, mayu ramen, etc. I tried their black garlic ramen and the broth was rich and flavourful. It wasn't too salty and the soup was delicious. I love that the noodles wasn't too firm and it was in the texture that I like. Even the char siew meat was soft and tender. Another item that I had was their pork tonkatsu and it was fried to perfection, with the meat still juicy inside. Yasaka may be a simple ramen joint but they do serve satisfying bowls of ramen.
