It's also home to French culture, so it's a place I'd definitely like to visit again! 📍Access ✈ Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY): About 20 minutes by car to the city 🚆 Amtrak (Train): Long-distance trains available from major cities such as Chicago and New York 🎶Places to visit 🏛️ French Quarter → The center of New Orleans. A picturesque area lined with historic buildings and balconies. It's full of bars and restaurants with jazz music. 🎺 Bourbon Street → An energetic street where live music blares at night. It's fun to go on a tour of jazz bars! 🎷 French Market → A market with over 300 years of history. It's popular with tourists as it has a wide selection of local ingredients and souvenirs. ⛪ St. Louis Cathedral → Iconic Gothic architecture in the French Quarter. A beautiful church located in Jackson Square. 🎭 Mardi Gras → World famous carnival held every year in February and March. The colorful costume parade is spectacular! The oysters I had at Bourbon House were also delicious 🤤
