#Overseas travel I've only been to Jiufen as an independent traveler. It's easy to get to Jiufen as an independent traveler, but it's quite difficult to get back. You can get to Jiufen by taking bus number 965, which takes about 2 hours. It departs from Ximen Station and runs every 30 minutes. However, since everyone goes to see the Jiufen night view and takes the bus back to Ximen, you have to wait in line for a long time, and if you stand, standing is prohibited on the highway, you have to get off and use another means of transportation.
