Top of the Rock, New York's best observation deck!

I'm traveling to New York with my friend for a week in July! Since the observatories aren't cheap, I was thinking about going to just one among the nearby observatories, Summit, Edge, and Top of the Rock! My friends said that if you only go to Top of the Rock, you won't be able to see the other observatories, so I made a reservation and went, and wow... it was worth it..
