A museum of avant-garde art is a must-visit!

👉One of the four major museums in New York City❗ Whitney Museum of American Art This art museum is famous for its extensive collection of "American modern art", and many of its collections are even fresher than those of MoMA. ⏰Business hours: ⚠️Closed on Tuesday. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday 10:30-18:00, Friday 10:30-22:00. 🎫Ticket: On-site ticket purchase: $25 for adults, $18 for students, free for those under 18. Suggested time is 3⃣️ hours, with half an hour for queuing and ticket collection. I came for the "pay as your wish" event from 7pm to 10pm on Friday. The location is a bit remote, but there are some clothing stores near the nearby restaurants. You can kill some time if you come early. 🔅Floors 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are galleries. It is recommended to take the elevator to the 8th floor, where there is a small outdoor observation deck with a view of Hudson River. 🔅Exhibition items are often replaced. Unlike the famous artists and works at MoMA, the exhibits at Whitney may not be familiar to you, but they can still be equally shocking. The layout of the exhibition hall is simple and smooth, not too big to get lost in. There are staff explanations at 8 o'clock. If your English is good, you can follow along and hear much clearer than looking on your own. In addition to paintings, there are many works influenced by other art forms, which are very worth learning!
