There are a lot of wild places to see and a lot of wild food It's the European version of street sweeping🍴 Mainly for local residents to sell vegetables/fruits/flowers and other crops grown in their land🍎 Even their local DIY handicrafts soap/woodworking furnishings For some reason I have seen people selling apples/apple juice at several Wochenmarkts Perhaps the German climate is rich in apples By the way: their apple pie (Apfelkuchen) is excellent Even the apple pie sold at the supermarket Rewe is worth a try 💰Wochenmarkt product prices Usually the prices at his landmarks aren’t too far different from what you usually see in supermarkets But quality is superior Most fruits and vegetables are more organically grown and very fresh 🍴Reviews Currywurst (~3.5€) When you come to Germany, you have to eat their most famous sausage (Currywurst) Currywurst is different in every region and every restaurant The intestines, sauce, and bread used in other places are not the same And the one I tried was really quite good The sausage is fragrant and the skin is still very crispy Personally, I think you must order the sauce to eat the whole thing to be complete Apple Juice🍎 (~3€) This sprig of apple juice is homemade by the locals Very sweet and gas quite surprising Definitely comparable to the glass bottle bottle of juice from a large Japanese supermarket chain🤫 Even better If you see apple juice for sale at Wochenmarkt, feel free to give it a try I guarantee you a surprise Grilled Chicken🍗 (~5€) This grilled chicken is really bite-sized You can smell how fragrant it is from a distance Cut the layer of crispy skin and the meat in the mouth is very juicy And the portion is very generous 2 people share to eat just right not too full It's not satisfying to eat such quality grilled chicken at this price Absolutely a bargain Briefly summarize It took about 2 hours to eat while walking Spend per person without spending 15€ to eat so much (Also bought cheese bread strips, dried figs).
