Staying in Ningbo | Atour Hotel The Bund Lujink Xintiandi

I don't usually stay at Atour Hotels often, but this trip to Ningbo had me booked for a night at the Atour Hotel The Bund Lujink Xintiandi. Honestly, it was absolutely fantastic with great ambiance and unbeatable value for money. At some point, many of my friends started switching to their bedding products, which is when I began paying attention to this hotel brand. The location of this Atour Hotel at The Bund is excellent—just as the name suggests, it's near the Old Bund, within walking distance. Step outside, and you're right in the historic district. When visiting Ningbo, the Old Bund is a must-see, being the convergence point of three rivers—a perfect spot for a check-in. The hotel even thoughtfully provides a travel guide in the lobby, accessible via QR code. In terms of hardware, the hotel has already achieved a leap to the next level, now serving as a model for small boutique hotels. By eliminating unnecessary spaces typical of large hotels, they've reduced costs while maintaining a sleek, bright lobby with clean lines. The first floor features an open-concept bookstore that doubles as a lobby bar and business area, designed to be simple yet visually spacious. This time, I stayed in a Jimu Twin Room with a home theater, spanning a generous 60 square meters—plenty of space for luggage. The price was only half of what some international chains charge, and the room even came with a projector, perfect for movie nights. The minibar was also complimentary, showing their genuine hospitality—far better than those stingy hotels. Also, don't assume domestic brands lag in service—it's a new era, and both hardware and software have improved. My personal experience here was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff ready to assist with any request. If your travel budget isn't too flexible and you don't prioritize extra hotel amenities beyond accommodation, this Atour Hotel is truly a great choice. Tips: ① Free parking is available with ample spaces—very convenient. ② For business travelers mindful of fitness, the hotel has a well-equipped gym. ③ A dedicated laundry room with free detergent is provided—another great convenience.
