They do order-by-sight here! Fresh ingredients are on full display! The Qianjiangyuan fish head with rice noodles is mind-blowing! The fish is incredibly tender, and the broth is perfect for mixing with rice! Sooo good 😭😭 The stir-fried dried bamboo shoots with cured pork is my must-order every time—crispy and gets more flavorful the more you chew 🤤🤤 The mini baked buns and freshly braised duck heads are authentically Quzhou! Highly recommended~ Also try the stir-fried minced chicken, beef with pickled radish, and pork ribs with preserved vegetables... So addictive! 🥵🥵 I devoured 3 bowls of rice🍚!!
