Feel the autumn with mushroom soba noodles - Ichimura

I went to a soba restaurant in Niseko called Ichimura. I have a weakness for limited editions, so I ordered the mushroom soba. The flavor of the mushrooms was concentrated in the soup, and it was delicious.
