The Lunch B course is a luxurious full course with amuse-bouche, appetizer, soup, fish dish, main dish, and dessert✨ All the dishes were delicate and beautiful, and edible flowers were used, so I was excited every time they were brought out💗 ✔Amuse-bouche A bite-sized amuse-bouche with the soft aroma of bamboo shoots, prosciutto, marjoram, and cherry blossoms. Spring was packed tightly into the small world on the spoon🌸 ✔ Appetizer Cauliflower couscous and espuma Onion risoni with strawberry and nutmeg sauce It looked so cute, like a dessert💕 The crispy texture of the shrimp, the popping texture of the couscous, and the sour strawberry sauce were exquisite, and the changes in texture and taste were fun to watch✨ ✔ Soup Organic carrot and orange potage with yuzu sorbet. The gentle sweetness of the carrots and the fruity taste of the orange are complemented by the refreshing taste of the yuzu sorbet, making it a delicious drink that you'll want to drink forever without it being heavy💗 ✔ Fish dish Poached red sea bream with green tea beurre blanc sauce Red sea bream that is crispy on the outside and plump on the inside. The mellow sauce with the aroma of green tea and accents of Japanese pepper, mint, and orange make your mouth feel like spring☺️ ✔Meat dish Grilled chicken thighs with herb breadcrumbs The crunchy texture of the fragrant herb breadcrumbs and the meat juice overflowing from inside are the best! The generous amount of mustard sauce further enhanced the deliciousness of the chicken💕 ✔Dessert Tiramisu with chocolate terrine and broccoli Green shiso sorbet and orange sabayon sauce The rich chocolate terrine and refreshing green shiso sorbet matched surprisingly well✨ When eaten with the slightly sweet broccoli mousse, it wasn't too sweet and I enjoyed it until the end without getting bored💗 The green shiso sorbet was so delicious that I wanted to eat it again! The recommended rose wine also matched perfectly with each dish, making it an even more luxurious time💕 I was able to spend my time relaxing in the calm atmosphere of the restaurant.
