Transportation guide It’s easy to get there by ferry from Brisbane. Along the way, the sea breeze blows and seagulls accompany you. You are deeply attracted by this romantic atmosphere before you even go to the island. The ferry runs probably an hour or so, but believe me, the journey is by no means boring and the scenery along the way makes for the best appetizers. A beach lover’s paradise Once on the island, the first thing you do is head straight to the beach! The beach here is simply too good, the sand is as fine as cotton candy, and it's soft when you step on it, so comfortable that you don't want to move.
