Menya Shinmei "Creamy Tantan Noodles"

I went to a ramen shop called "Menya Shinmei" in Hangetsu-cho, Obu City. "Menya Shinmei" is located along the main street, and a large sign is the landmark. There are counter seats and table seats inside the shop. You order by scanning a QR code with your smartphone. The most popular dish is apparently the "Creamy Tonkotsu Shinmei Special," but I ordered the second most popular, the "Creamy Tantan Noodles." The noodles were chewy and medium-thick, and the creamy soup was the best. It was very well-balanced and delicious. The "Creamy Tonkotsu Shinmei Special" is special because it contains soft-boiled eggs, quail eggs, roasted pork, large seaweed, spinach, and white onions. It was really delicious.
