Casanaga and Benijo in Tenerife

When I woke up in the morning, my hair, which I had washed the night before, became a mess and I couldn't comb it out no matter how hard I tried. So I went to the kitchen, poured some olive oil, rubbed it in my palms, and applied it on my head. It immediately became smoother. I have seen women in Tibet apply melted ghee to their hair, and my grandmother also told me when I was a child that when they were young, they applied lard to their hair to increase its brightness and smoothness. In this case, olive oil should be more effective! Yesterday we were at the south of the "Duckbill", and today we went to Casanaga and Benijo in the north. Casanaga is a beautiful little village in a valley next to the sea, while Benijo is famous for its charming coastline. The scenery in the north and south is very different: the south lacks water resources, and the plants are mainly various cacti. The mountains are obviously composed of volcanic rocks, which are hard and have little soil; the north has more rainfall, thick soil, and mainly leafy plants. Laurel forests are all over the mountains. Tourists also go to the north. There are walking signs everywhere, both near and far. Visitors can choose the appropriate route according to their physical condition. The hiking conditions are also good. Benijo is also a favorite place for paragliding enthusiasts!
