Osaka's Hidden Gem for Art Lovers — Fujita Art Museum

The exchange rate of the Japanese yen has hit a new low, making travel to Japan extremely popular this year! During this trip to Japan, Osaka and Kyoto were packed with people. Osaka was filled with Koreans, while Kyoto seemed to be dominated by Westerners! Many people think of Osaka as just a shopping city (somewhat like Hong Kong used to be), but this city also has a very artistic side! The Fujita Art Museum, located in Shinbashi, was a place I had researched beforehand. It's just a few stops away from Umeda, and the atmosphere is completely different from the shopping districts! The surrounding streets are quiet and clean, and there's a quaint little tea space inside the museum where you can enjoy authentic matcha. The grilled dango skewers are freshly made and delicious! As for the museum's collection, I was fortunate to encounter a national treasure-level piece, the Yohen Tenmoku bowl, which truly feels like a galaxy in a bowl! If you have the chance, you must see it for yourself; it's a testament to the craftsmanship and taste of ancient China! The Fujita Art Museum is not large, but it has a super quiet little garden. On a clear day, it's surrounded by greenery and is very relaxing.
