We went to Tsutenkaku, the night culture street 📍Tsutenkaku Address: 1-18-6 Ebisuhigashi Naniwaku, Osaka 556-0002 Osaka Prefecture Hours: 10:00-20:00 Here, you can go up to the observation deck and take in the night view of Osaka at a glance!!!!
