I enjoyed changing the flavor in various ways 😊 It's refreshing with rock salt, lemon, and grated ponzu sauce ✨ You can also add tonkatsu sauce or mustard for a classic taste 💕 Black pepper and wasabi give it a more mature taste. I'm happy that I can enjoy it in many different ways with one plate.
