The restaurant offers only six dishes, all centered around eel. On the first floor, the open kitchen allows you to watch the eel being grilled. I ordered the eel and sea urchin combo, which was a perfect balance of salty and sweet flavors. If you love eel, you won’t regret trying this! Highly recommend the "Eel Three Ways" dish—it’s incredibly unique and delicious. Each of the three flavors is better than the last, offering a rich and refreshing taste experience. The dish is layered with flavors, aromatic yet light, and doesn’t feel heavy even after eating. Personally, I think this is a must-try dish! For sea urchin lovers, you can also order the eel and sea urchin rice bowl. It’s absolutely satisfying—the sea urchin is incredibly fresh, with a sweet and creamy texture that melts in your mouth.
