Four Seasons Hotel Osaka Experience: Innovative Design and Room for Service Improvement

During my trip to Osaka, I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel and absolutely loved its overall design style! Perhaps because it's a relatively new hotel, the rooms are quite spacious, giving a comfortable and luxurious feel without any cramped or crowded sensation. The quality of breakfast and afternoon tea was excellent—no disappointments here. I thoroughly enjoyed the meals. The staff were warm and welcoming, always greeting guests with smiles, which added a touch of warmth to the experience. However, the service left something to be desired. Not only was it slow, but there were also several mistakes, which dampened the mood 😔. I had hoped for a flawless experience, but this aspect was a bit disappointing. Coincidentally, it was close to the Christmas season, and the room had a note inviting guests to this year's Christmas tree lighting cocktail party. Unfortunately, I spent the day exploring Nara and Uji, and returned too late to attend. I only managed to snap a few photos of the beautiful Christmas tree. Overall, the Four Seasons Hotel Osaka impressed me with its design and dining, but the service definitely has room for improvement. I hope that during my next stay, the service quality will have improved, making the entire experience truly perfect!
