Travel to Osaka🇯🇵

Japan Travel Review Osaka Cute and Fun Edition 💖 Hello everyone! Today I will tell you about my trip to Osaka, a country full of brightness, cuteness, and endless delicious food! Let me tell you that this trip to Osaka made me fall in love with Japan head over heels. I want to keep every moment in my heart! 🥰 ⸻ Start the trip ✈️ We flew directly to Kansai International Airport in Osaka. As soon as we stepped out of the airport, we could feel the cleanliness and orderliness of Japan. We bought an ICOCA card, which is a prepaid card for trains and buses. It is very convenient because it is easy to travel. And it also saves a lot of time! After that, we took the Nankai Line to Namba Station, which is considered the most popular area in Osaka. It is a shopping area, a food area, and a gathering place for Japanese teenagers. When we arrived, it was like opening the door to a new world full of vitality. ⸻ Day 1: Dotombori with tongue-tingling food 🤤 When you arrive in Osaka, of course, “food” must be number one! We headed straight to Dotonbori, a canal-side street filled with colorful neon signs, especially the Glico Man sign, which has become a symbol of Osaka. Just taking a photo with this sign is so awesome. But what I liked the most was to try the “Takoyaki”, round balls of octopus, deep-fried, topped with sweet sauce, sprinkled with dried fish and mayonnaise. I must say that it was so awesome that I wanted to eat it every day! And there was also “Okonomiyaki”, a Japanese-style pancake with a lot of seafood and vegetables. We ordered it from a local shop, and the owner was very kind. He let us try it and taught us how to eat it. I am not fluent in Japanese, but he spoke in a cute tone that made me feel very warm. ⸻ Day 2: Universal Studios Japan, a paradise for big-hearted children 🎢🎉 Wake up early and go to Universal Studios Japan! For those who love rides or the worlds of Harry Potter, Minions, and Spider-Man, I must say that you must come!! We were excited about the newly opened Super Nintendo World zone. When we walked in, it was like we had entered a Mario game. There are games to play with friends and take pictures with colorful flowers. The graphics are so beautiful. The “Flying Dinosaur” ride is the best. It’s so exciting and thrilling. There are also many cute snacks, drinks, and souvenirs to choose from. The butterbeer in the Harry Potter zone is so sweet and mellow. I love it so much. ⸻ Day 3: Visit Osaka Castle and walk around Shinsaibashi shopping district 🏯🛍 Today, we focused on chilling out. We started by visiting “Osaka Castle,” a castle with a long history and one of the city’s most important landmarks. The atmosphere around the castle is full of cherry trees, making for beautiful photos with the view of the mountains surrounding the castle. After that, we walked around Shinsaibashi, a shopping district full of clothing stores, cosmetic stores, and cute souvenir stores. There are everything from branded brands to Japanese teen-style shops. We walked around so much that we forgot the time! During this time, we tried various Japanese sweets, including red bean mochi and green tea shaved ice. They were so delicious!!! ⸻ Day 4: Kyoto Day Trip 🌸 Osaka is very close to Kyoto, so we didn’t miss out on a day trip to Kyoto. It took about 1 hour by train to get there. The first place we went to was “Fushimi Inari Shrine” with a long red torii gate that stretched as far as the eye could see. We walked up the hill leisurely and took pictures happily. This place really felt like we were in a fantasy world. Then we stopped by the Gion area, an old district of Kyoto that still has an old Japanese atmosphere. There are old green tea shops, Japanese sweets shops, and if you are a spiritual person, you must not miss walking and watching the maiko (beautiful women in kimono) walking past gracefully. It felt like we had traveled back in time to the Edo period. We ended at Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The view was so beautiful!!! Right now, cherry blossoms are in full bloom and the atmosphere is great. ⸻ Day 5: Relaxing at a cat cafe and a view of tall buildings at Abeno Harukas ☕🐾🌇 On the last day, we chose to chill and sit at a cat cafe near Tennoji where cute cats walked around. The atmosphere was quiet and perfect for sitting and recharging our batteries. Then we went up to the Abeno Harukas building, which is the tallest building in Japan! The view from the top floor is so beautiful. You can see Osaka from a wide angle. In the evening, we sat and watched the sunset. Super romantic atmosphere ⸻ Impressions of Osaka 💕 Osaka is a city full of liveliness and warmth, with the cuteness of its people, its well-preserved culture, and its uniquely delicious food. Everywhere you go, it’s like you’ll find little stories that make you smile throughout the trip. Traveling is also super convenient with its modern train system, allowing you to visit many places in a limited amount of time. For those who love Japanese food, love the cuteness of its culture, and want to experience a city that’s not too busy, Osaka is the answer! ⸻ A few tips for traveling to Osaka 📝 • Buy an ICOCA or Suica card for travel, it’s super convenient. • Use Google Maps or Hyperdia to help plan your train route. • Don’t forget to try takoyaki and okonomiyaki, street foods you can’t miss! • Walking around Dotonbori at night will give you the ultimate feeling with its neon lights and lively atmosphere. • If you want beautiful pictures, we recommend going during the cherry blossom season or when the leaves change color. ⸻ That’s all for our cute Osaka review. We hope it will help you get inspired to travel to Japan. See you on the next trip! 💕 ⸻ #TravelJapan #Osaka
