🧳✨ Osaka Review: A city of happiness packed in every step ✨🧳 "Osaka" used to be in a small corner of my heart, but after actually experiencing it, I must say that it has become one of my favorite cities that I want to return to again and again. It's like being enchanted by something without realizing it. 🍃 The journey began with a little excitement. We landed at Kansai Airport, the main international airport in the Kansai region. When the plane touched down, I felt like, "Are we really in Japan?" 🛬🇯🇵 Everything was orderly, the people were polite, the atmosphere was relaxed. And the slightly cool air made my heart feel light like a feather. 🍂 ⸻ 🌟 Dotonbori: The city of lights, colors, and laughter If you want to experience Osaka in its most intense way, you have to come to "Dotonbori", a lively area full of restaurants, food, and giant signs that everyone has to stop and take pictures of. The legendary Glico running sign is the icon here. Everyone is posing with their arms spread out 😂 Walking around, the smell of takoyaki is so tempting. The takoyaki here is so delicious. The dough is soft, the squid filling is bouncy, the sauce is delicious, and the dried fish is dancing on the heat. 🍢 Anyone who tries it for the first time will definitely smile. That's not all! There's also okonomiyaki (Japanese pizza), kushikatsu (fried skewers), and many other Japanese sweets. Just walking a few steps will fill you up so much that you'll have to gently rub your stomach and say, "This is so delicious~" 💕 ⸻ 🏯 Osaka Castle: A castle that's not only beautiful, but also full of good feelings. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle and experience classic tranquility, I recommend going to "Osaka Castle." When you enter the garden around the castle, it feels like you're in an old Japanese movie. 🍃 The castle is large, clean, and incredibly beautiful, especially when the leaves change color or the cherry blossoms bloom. It's like a living postcard. Some people come here to have picnics and walk their dogs. Some people sit and draw pictures The atmosphere is peaceful, the cool breeze blows past your face, it feels like you have been transported to another world. 🎨🍂 ⸻ 🎡 Universal Studios Japan: The dream of the little kid in us I admit that I was excited since I bought the ticket to enter USJ! The atmosphere in this theme park is so cute, there are Mario, Harry Potter, Minions, and many other zones that when you walk in, it's like being in a fairy tale world. The highlight must be Super Nintendo World, which is made to look like the game! There are jump boxes, mushroom boxes, music from familiar games, and I got to try the Mario Kart ride, which was so much fun! 🎮🍄 Another zone that I love just as much is The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. When I walked in, I got goosebumps! There was Hogsmeade Village, Hogwarts Castle, the magic wand shop, and I got to try Butterbeer, which was both fragrant and magically sweet. 🪄 ⸻ 🛍 Shinsaibashi & Namba: Heaven for shoppers and photographers For those who love shopping without a clear goal, but enjoy walking and stuffing their baskets one by one, you must come here! Shinsaibashi area is full of shops, cosmetics, clothes, souvenirs, and even cute cafes that you have to stop and take pictures just walking by 🧸🍰 We found a Daiso store with so much stuff, we wanted to buy everything There are home decorations, stationery, cute patterned glasses, and inexpensive Japanese souvenirs 💸 There is a Japanese-style sweets shop with really cute decorations, bear-shaped bread , cartoon-patterned bento boxes, a secret cafe that serves strong green tea and soft mochi cakes, oh my, it melts 🍵🎂 ⸻ 🚇 Traveling in Osaka: Convenient enough for people who aren't good at directions Traveling in this city is great! There are many subway lines to choose from You can use Google Maps or Navitime to help you plan Don't be afraid of getting lost, just buy an IC card like ICOCA and tap it in and out of every station But what impressed me the most is "the kindness of the Japanese people" Even though sometimes you can't speak much English But he was happy to help with all his heart Smiling, polite, and even took the trouble to walk us to our destination. 🥹 ⸻ 🍚 Food in Osaka: More than the word "delicious" is the word "happy" Whether it's a small meal at a street-side restaurant or a famous restaurant ranked Every meal in Osaka is a special meal. 🥢 We got to eat hot beef rice With miso soup and soft onsen eggs that just took the first bite Tears will flow softly (because it's so good) Ramen at Ichiran where I can sit alone and slowly Eat with concentration, so delicious that I want to stand up and applaud Or even snacks bought from convenience stores like pudding or mochi They're delicious without much explanation. 🧁 Osaka made us believe that "good food doesn't just fill your stomach But it also fills your heart." ⸻ 🎀 Summary of my feelings: Osaka is not just beautiful, it's warm. What makes Osaka different from other cities is the "feeling" It gives back. It's a city where walking is not stressful. No rush It's like walking around a city that's our friend Everything looks thoughtful, the little details that make us feel like "Hey, this city really cares about its visitors", from the arrangement of the walkways The decoration of the shops to the smiles of the locals 🏡✨ Before going back, we looked at the city view through the train window, listened to the station announcement that we couldn't understand but felt good, and smiled to ourselves Because we knew that...
