The artistic city hall

Visiting Oslo City Hall, Norway, although it is the city council, the office of the city government, is like a walk through an art gallery. The city hall is free to visit, the exterior is built of red brick, some sculptures on the exterior, after entering you will see a spacious hall with very high ceilings, all four walls are painted with pictures, colorful, great for photography.
