Early in the morning, I took the express train from Osaka Umeda, and the heating in the carriage made me feel comfortable. The scenery outside the window changes as the train moves, and the hustle and bustle of the city is gradually replaced by fields and hills. About an hour later, I arrived at Shiga Station and then took a bus to the cable car station at Lake Biwa. The bus was driving on the winding mountain road, and the scenery outside the window became more and more spectacular. When I arrived at the cable car station, the cold wind was already making me shiver. Despite my thick clothes, the biting cold still made me shiver uncontrollably. I boarded the crane, and as it slowly rose, the surrounding scenery gradually unfolded. The trees outside the window are covered with a layer of white frost, like winter elves dancing. As we climbed higher, the panoramic view of Lake Biwa gradually became clear before my eyes, and the lake surface was gleaming silver in the sun. However, the temperature was getting lower and lower, and the cold wind was as sharp as a knife. When I finally arrived at the observation deck and looked out at Lake Biwa, the surface of the lake was like a giant mirror, reflecting the clouds in the sky and the mountains in the distance. In this magnificent scenery, I felt an indescribable tranquility. Although the wind was howling, the beautiful scenery in front of me made me forget the cold. I took a deep breath, feeling the fresh air, my heart filled with gratitude. The tourists around were also taking photos constantly, sharing this rare beauty. Although my fingers were numb from the cold, I still didn't want to miss any moment. Standing on the edge of the observation deck, I gazed quietly at the lake and recalled the stories that had been left here. At the end of this trip, I took the cable car back, then took a bus back to Nagahama Station and then took the train back to Osaka. Although my whole body was shivering with cold, my heart was warm.
