Paju, Bogwangsa Temple, a tranquil emotion bursting in the nature!

It was rebuilt after being burned down during the Imjin War to have its current appearance.❤ Temples are characterized by beautiful Dancheong, but Bogwangsa's Dancheong was faded. It showed that it had a long history and the tranquility was doubled. There is a small fir forest path behind the temple, so you can walk along the forest path full of phytoncides. The road to get there is a bit winding, but it felt like I found a treasure because there was a place like this close to Seoul! [Make sightseeing more enjoyable🏃‍♀️] There is a small cafe and souvenir shop on one side of the temple. It's more of a shelter than a cafe, but I was really happy to have a cup of coffee and feel the wind coming down from the mountain.
