come and see the desert oasis！！

Palm Springs is one of my favorite getaway spots in Southern California. Nestled in the Sonoran Desert, it’s the perfect escape if you’re looking for sunshine, relaxation, and a bit of retro charm. I visited in spring, when the weather was warm but not too hot—ideal for exploring both the city and nearby nature. One of the highlights was the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Riding up the cliffs of Chino Canyon into the San Jacinto Mountains felt like stepping into another world. At the top, the temperature dropped, the pine trees replaced the desert landscape, and the views were absolutely stunning. We even did a short hike and caught glimpses of snow—yes, snow in the desert! Downtown Palm Springs surprised me with its stylish boutiques, art galleries, and mid-century modern architecture. We strolled through Palm Canyon Drive, stopped for coffee at a vintage café, and browsed local shops selling handmade goods and desert-themed decor. Another unforgettable experience was relaxing by the pool at our resort, surrounded by palm trees and mountain views. The pace of life there felt slower, more intentional. It’s a great place to unwind, especially with a good book and a cold drink in hand.
