Coral Beach

This beach stretches approx 1km, and looks across to a small treed island. There are a number of great beachside restaurants and booths to hire water-sports equipment etc. Best of all are the clean sand, hammocks, swings and lounge chairs available to laze the day away. It feels good to arrive in an island inhabited mainly by locals. The number of foreign tourists is small and you feel like living a proper Malaysian island life. Not expensive, not polluted, everyone chilling in hamacs, playing in the water, surrounded by Hornbill birds and monkeys :) Just be aware if you leave your bags unattended - local, sometimes viscious monkeys will help themselves to your gear looking for food. #urbanexplorer #beachvacation
