Big Birds & Big Smiles: Visiting Desaru Ostrich Farm

#tesaruonbudget Desaru Ostrich Farm was a fun and educational stop that truly surprised me. With over 200 ostriches roaming the grounds, I got up close to these giant birds, fed them, and even touched their massive eggs. The staff were friendly and shared lots of interesting facts about ostrich behavior and care. Kids especially loved the chance to interact with the animals, and the brave ones even tried a short ostrich ride. Don’t miss the on-site café serving ostrich-based dishes! It’s a quirky, family-friendly experience that adds a unique twist to any Desaru itinerary.
