The main course is to choose fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes with herbs, Madeira sauce with the freshest cream or trout stewed with Brie lentils, vegetables, coriander and smoked soybeans. Dessert offers a pot of cream, mango marmalade, Guanaja chocolate mousse with praline, fruit salad and a few more amazing recipes. Lunch includes a starting dish + main + dessert.
