📍 L'ATELIER de Joel Robuchon, Etoile This is the restaurant of Joel Robuchon, the French chef of the century who has received the most stars in the world, with 31 Michelin Guide stars.✨ They operate chain stores all over the world, and the Paris Arc de Triomphe branch I visited received 2 Michelin stars! 🤩 Nevertheless, the open kitchen and bar seating, which are relatively casual and not burdensome, are the advantages of this restaurant. It is also much cheaper than other Michelin Guide restaurants. 😉 (Lunch course is about 90,000 won per person) It's a shame that the menu is all in French, but if you ask the staff, they will tell you as much as they can. The dishes are always changing, and I had foie gras as an amuse-bouche (a bite to whet your appetite).
